I am italian and I work in coffee business.
Is it possible to know which are your impressions about espresso
coffee?
Do you like it? Or you prefer a long coffee as in Uk or Usa?
When do you drink it?
I've heard that some people use green beans and then they roast them,
What do you think about it? It's a cheaper way or it's just because
you feel great to do something by your own?
